Salesforce-native expertise

The tedious work of data entry has long been a bottle neck to accounts payable and expense management. For founder Paul Wnek, it was an obvious target for automation. The world's shift toward digital transformation provided Paul the perfect opportunity to enhance the leading platform for CRM, Salesforce, by adding expense and accounts payable automation. Finance departments continue to grapple with new work models. A surge of new vendors, subscription payments, and expense accounting in a hybrid and remote workforce has made budget management a major headache for businesses. Legacy and disjointed systems are simply unable to keep pace with these changes. Paul Wnek is the founder and CEO of ExpandAP. The challenges he has witnessed in expense management and accounts payable during his decade of experience in finance and tech led him to want to create a first-of-its-kind Salesforce native solution. He is well-versed in CRM, ERP, PSA, payment systems, subscription billing, CPQ and other business systems, including enterprise software, expense management, Salesforce integration and more. He’s also a 14x certified Salesforce B2B solutions architect and founder and CEO of Coalescence Cloud, a Salesforce consulting partner. Paul acts as a techno-functional advocate for finance teams, bridging the gap between administrative and technical needs, and he has been responsible for reporting and analytics and managing changes with the Salesforce admin team. He became heavily involved in the Certinia ecosystem and worked as an independent contractor with a consulting partner in Australia. As a consultant and fintech software innovator, companies with anywhere from 250-10,000+ employees tap Paul for his expertise. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Dallas.

Florian Boymond is our Chief Revenue Officer, specializing in guiding Salesforce partners to rapidly grow their businesses. With seven years at Salesforce, including roles in the AppExchange and Alliances teams, and four years at a top-tier Salesforce Independent Software Vendor (ISV), Florian brings a wealth of experience to his role. He has also spent two years in go-to-market consulting, developing strategic programs for Salesforce partners, which led him to connect with ExpandAP founder and CEO Paul Wnek. Florian’s career accomplishments include advising hundreds of partners on optimizing their Salesforce relationships and building successful sales and business development teams at Odaseva. His efforts propelled the company to top-tier partnerships and solidified his reputation in the industry. Florian holds a B.S. in computer science from Savoie Mont Blanc University and a B.A. in business administration from IDRAC Lyon. Outside of his professional life, he is a house music DJ, bringing creativity and rhythm to both his personal and professional endeavors.

Lance Foster is ExpandAP's VP of Alliances and Partnerships. This appointment came after a successful track record of building partnerships with Salesforce and other prominent SaaS and IT consultancies during his tenures at Avalara, Enosix, Conga and SAP. He brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic alliances and partnerships, enterprise software and marketing and more than 17 years in the Salesforce ecosystem to ExpandAP. Working for early-series startups and large publicly traded companies, Lance has increased revenues and profitability by building and scaling global partner alliances, including Systems Integration (SI), SaaS and Original Equipment Manufacturer/Independent Software Vendor (OEM/ISV) resellers. He is known for his analytical approach to partnerships, encapsulated by his motto, "Math over Magic." This philosophy underscores his commitment to data-driven decision-making in strategic alliance formation and management. Lance earned his MBA and bachelor's in marketing from Bentley University and enjoys spending time outdoors in Boulder, Colorado skiing, hiking, biking and snowshoeing.

Ghana is a Senior Solutions Architect with over 12 years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in Salesforce and Certinia. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering from SIT College (affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University), Ghana has worked across startups and CMMi 5 level companies, gaining expertise in both product development and service consulting. He has implemented key solutions like PRM, Sales Cloud, and SAP CMD integration for clients such as NXP and Brocade, and led major Salesforce and CLM implementations for Consilio. Passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction, Ghana thrives at Coalescence, attracted by the growth opportunities offered by its CEO, Paul Wnek. In his free time, he enjoys forest bathing and reading spiritual and meditation books.
