He brings 25+ years of experience in strategic alliances & partnerships, enterprise software and marketing with 17+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem. Working for early-series startups and large publicly traded companies, Lance has increased revenues and profitability by building and scaling global partner alliances (including SI, SaaS/Technology, and OEM/ISV Resellers).
Lance earned his MBA and his Bachelors in Marketing from Bentley University and loves the outdoors in Boulder, Colorado skiing, hiking, biking, and snowshoeing.
Lance is known for his analytical approach to partnerships, encapsulated by his motto "Math over Magic." This philosophy underscores his commitment to data-driven decision-making in strategic alliance formation and management.
As an industry veteran, Lance actively engages in discussions about partnership strategies, sharing insights gained from his extensive experience across various sectors of the tech industry.

Anne Marie studied Marketing with an emphasis on Data Analytics & Consulting at Texas A&M University.
Anne Marie is our CMO and joined ExpandAP with a passion for digital marketing and bringing brands to market

Anne Marie implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud and worked in the tech department before leading client marketing programs and marketing technology in the marketing department at Goosehead Insurance. While in those roles, she continued to collaborate closely with the technology teams, working with the Salesforce teams to define Salesforce CRM architecture to achieve more effective marketing automation activities and client messages and partnering with product and full stack development teams on product roadmap decisions and requirements to meet consumer, client, and partnership needs.
Prior to joining ExpandAP as CMO, she worked with Coalescence Cloud Consulting as a contractor, helping a client implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud for their business needs.
• Startups - While this is her first startup role, Anne Marie has previously led teams in market expansion. She was also the first hire for her previous marketing department, behind their CMO, where their first project was to create Goosehead’s brand and launch a self-serve consumer-facing interface for generating leads, beginning their digital marketing acquisition journey after having been a sales-driven organization for nearly 20 years prior.
• Salesforce (internal or ISV) - Anne Marie has been a career-long Salesforce advocate, starting as an end user, moving to a client, and now happy to be a partner, end user, and client.
Anne Marie began her career in sales where she became a top sales rep. She led business development in key markets, and went on to build high-performing, revenue-driving Marketing teams and platforms.
